3	Project Schedule	Shifting of Mother Dairy Booth A new site in lieu of the existing Mother Dairy Booth on B.P.Marg has been handed over to the Mother Dairy Officials on 05.03.2009.  As promised by Mother Dairy officials, the shifting shall be completed by 31.05.2009 as the same involves construction of permanent booth and establishment of machinery and cooling plant.
		Shifting of DMS Milk Booth The new site in lieu of the existing DMS booth has been handed over to DMS on 16.03.2009 and the same has been already shifted.
		Removal/Shifting of 2 transformers As per the estimate submitted by BSES and approved by ETC, payment amounting to Rs.1,50,90,184/- has been made to BSES on 20.03.2009.  The utility shifting was to be carried out by BSES immediately.  The issue has been pursued with the concerned BSES officials vide this office letters dated 02.04.2009 and 16.04.2009.  This has also been discussed at the level of EE/SE/CE, MCD with their BSES counterparts.  BSES yet to start shifting work.
4	UTTIPEC Processing	UTTIPEC in its meeting held on 20.02.2009 directed to take necessary action as above.
