5	UTTIPEC Processing	The project of MCD was considered by UTTIPEC Working Group II-B in its meeting dt. 20.11.08/ 06.01.09. Working Group observation is  reproduced below:- "There are 6 separate proposals to be implemented by the MCD for this area. These need to be integrated for a comprehensive traffic circulation and management solution of the area." "MCD to submit the Integrated proposal for consideration in the next working group meeting. " UTTIPEC Governing Body in its meeting held on 9.01.09 under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble L.G, Delhi accorded its approval of the modified proposal of grade separator with codal processing formalities to be completed by the Working Group–II-B. As per earlier decision of DDA Technical Committee dated 1.2.07 MCD to subsequently submit an integrated proposal for the surface level improvements in the circulation system of the area  incorporating all other  projects (under considerations/approved) including signal free movement on Azad Market Chowk All engineering aspects/road geometry (slope/gradient, Height, curves, weaving length etc.) and other statutory clearances to be ensured by MCD, as per the norms before execution of the project.
